Edit comment for package linux-2.6
Please don't use this function for claiming bugs, but
use usertags in the BTS instead as described in this
message from Anthony Towns.
There is no need to comment if you've done a NMU to delayed; it'll be shown after 15 minutes anyway.
The term "no comment" (without the ") in the short summary is special; it'll hide the comment in the overview page.
